Yes — Restaurant Alaya serves Mexican, casual dining. Open 7/7, all year, from 07:30 to 21:00. Price range: $$. Open for guests and visitors, with a maximum capacity of 20 guests. Pets are welcome, and high chairs are available. Dress code is casual. View the menu.
No, we do not have a swimming pool. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the beauty of nature, white sand beaches and the pristine turquoise water of the Caribbean ocean.

Children are welcome. Children up to 11 years old can stay with their parents for free. The kids' price applies for children between 12 and 17 years old (30 USD/night); the adult rate applies from 18 years old. Prices vary by season — please request a price simulation for your dates. Alaya offers a Day Pass service for external visitors, free of charge — however, a minimum consumption of $35 USD per person per day in the restaurant and bar is required. The day pass is available from 10:00 to 18:00.
We offer two rate plans: Room only, and Breakfast included. Upgrades are always possible when available, by paying the difference between the original price of your room and the room you wish to upgrade to. We're always happy to help.
We are able to accommodate special requests. The following items are available: Champagne, Prosecco, Wine, Cake, Flowers, Rose petals, and Balloons.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfer, as well as cash payments at the front desk. Depending on the rate you select, payment is either upon reservation or at check-in. At check-in you'll need a valid credit or debit card and an ID.
Alaya does not have a spa, but our concierge can reserve a massage in your room or at the yoga studio during your stay — relaxing massage, deep tissue, reflexology, hot stone massage and Mayan clay.
Small dogs are accepted (5 kg maximum), with no extra fee. In case of any damage, the owner will have to cover it. Pets are accepted in all bars and restaurants.
Breakfast is open to guests and visitors at 20 USD per adult. You can add breakfast to your stay at any time — just notify the front desk. If you're not a guest, you're welcome to join us too; just let the staff know upon arrival. View the breakfast menu.
